I had a great stay at Royal Guest House. The owner, Elisabetta, was very helpful and gave me lots of useful tips for exploring the area. She even provided me with a map and pointed out all the must-see attractions. The location of the guest house was also excellent, with a canal right outside and just a short walk from the train station. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like a smaller room than expected and slightly uncomfortable beds, the overall value for money was excellent. I appreciated the tea and coffee provided, as well as the convenient heating system for drying my shoes. Despite some noise from the neighbors and a shared bathroom, I found my stay enjoyable and would recommend Royal Guest House for budget travelers looking for a unique and authentic experience in Venice. I had a pleasant stay and would come back again.

The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to the water bus and close to various restaurants. It was also conveniently situated near the train and bus station, making it easy to explore the city. the hotel was located in the Jewish district, providing a unique and cultural atmosphere to experience.
The lack of air conditioning in the room made it uncomfortable, especially during hot weather.

I absolutely loved the elegant decor of the hotel, with its beautiful artwork and charming vintage furniture. It made me feel like I was staying in a luxurious palace. The general areas were well-maintained and had a welcoming atmosphere. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. There were ramps and elevators available, making it easy for me to navigate the premises without any difficulty.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff when it came to planning activities suitable for senior people. A little more guidance and support from the children working there would have made my vacation even better.

Large shared kitchen was a plus, though I didn't cook. Terrace was nice too, great for gazing at the walls. Convenient location in the city center.
Rooms were so cozy, I felt like I was sleeping in a closet. But hey, who needs space when you have fancy furniture, right?
